Dr. Belmeur Advanced Cica Emulsion is a soothing and balancing skincare product designed to care for sensitive skin. It features the Skin-sync Rx™ Advanced formula, which includes Centella Asiatica Extract, Betaine, and Panthenol to calm and protect the skin. Additionally, it’s formulated without 10 specific additives, such as phenoxyethanol, benzoic acid, and parabens, making it suitable for sensitive skin types.

How to Apply:
1. Cleanse Your Face: Start with a gentle cleanser and pat your skin dry.
2. Apply Toner: Use a toner (like Dr.Belmeur Advanced Cica Toner) to balance and hydrate your skin.
3. Dispense the Emulsion: Pour a small amount (about 1–2 pumps) of the Dr.Belmeur Advanced Cica Emulsion into your palm.
4. Apply to Skin: Gently apply the emulsion to your face and neck, using your fingertips to spread it evenly.
5. Massage & Pat In: Lightly massage in upward motions and gently pat your skin to enhance absorption.
6. Follow with Cream: Finish your routine with a moisturizer (such as Dr.Belmeur Advanced Cica Recovery Cream or Hydro Cream) for added hydration and protection.
Best Usage Tips:
• Morning & Night: Use it twice a day for optimal hydration and skin barrier repair.
• Ideal for sensitive, dry, or irritated skin to provide soothing and hydration benefits.
• Can be used in the moisturizing step of your skincare routine, after toner and before a thicker cream.
