Dr. Belmeur Clarifying Toner is a low-irritant facial toner formulated to balance the skin’s oil and moisture levels while addressing concerns such as excess sebum production, enlarged pores, hyperpigmentation, and acne scarring.

    •    Skin-Soothing Ingredients: Contains a custom-made formula, Skin-sync Rx™, which includes betaglucan to maintain optimal moisture balance, chaga mushroom extract to soothe and calm the skin, and blue citrus peel extract to control excess sebum.  
    •    Dermatologically Tested: Suitable for sensitive skin, as it is formulated without nine additives, including parabens, synthetic pigments, artificial fragrance, triethanolamine, mineral oil, benzophenone-3, animal-derived ingredients, propylene glycol, and talc.  

How to Apply:
    1.    Cleanse Your Face: Wash your face with a gentle cleanser and pat dry.
    2.    Dispense the Toner:
    •    Pour a small amount onto a cotton pad OR
    •    Dispense a few drops into your palms if you prefer a hands-on application.
    3.    Apply Evenly:
    •    If using a cotton pad, gently swipe it across your face, avoiding the eye area.
    •    If using your hands, pat the toner into your skin until absorbed.
    4.    Follow with Skincare: Apply your serum, moisturizer, or acne treatments as needed.
    5.    Use Twice Daily: For best results, use in both your morning and nighttime skincare routine.
