    1.    Shake the Liner:
    •    Before each use, shake the eyeliner pen to ensure the formula is well-mixed and the brush tip is adequately saturated.  
    2.    Apply to Lash Line:
    •    Gently draw the brush along your upper lash line, starting from the inner corner of your eye and moving outward.
    •    For a thinner line, use the tip of the brush; for a thicker line, apply with the side of the brush.
    3.    Create Winged Liner (Optional):
    •    Extend the liner slightly beyond the outer corner of your eye, following the natural line of your lower lash line, to achieve a winged effect.
    4.    Allow to Dry:
    •    Let the liner dry completely to ensure a smudge-resistant finish.

    •    Storage: Keep the eyeliner stored horizontally to maintain consistent ink flow.
