How to Apply:
    1.    Shake Well: Since it’s a dual-phase formula, shake the bottle well to mix the oil and water layers.
    2.    Soak a Cotton Pad: Pour a small amount onto a cotton pad until it is damp but not dripping.
    3.    Gently Press & Hold: Place the cotton pad on your closed eyelid or lips and let it sit for about 5–10 seconds to dissolve makeup.
    4.    Wipe Away Makeup: Gently wipe off the makeup without rubbing too harshly. Repeat if needed.
    5.    Rinse (Optional): You can follow up with a facial cleanser to remove any residue for a fresh, clean feel.
