To use THE FACE SHOP Rice Water Bright Mild Cleansing Water, follow these steps:

Instructions:
    1.    Soak a Cotton Pad – Pour a generous amount of cleansing water onto a cotton pad.
    2.    Gently Wipe Your Face – Sweep the cotton pad across your face to remove makeup, dirt, and impurities.
    3.    Repeat if Necessary – Use a fresh cotton pad and reapply cleansing water until no residue remains.
    4.    Rinse (Optional) – Although not required, you can rinse with lukewarm water for a fresher feel.
    5.    Follow with Skincare – Apply toner, serum, and moisturizer as part of your routine.

Usage Tips:
    •    Suitable for all skin types, including sensitive skin.
    •    Use morning and night as a gentle cleanser or makeup remover.
    •    If wearing heavy makeup, let the soaked cotton pad sit on your skin for a few seconds before wiping.
